it seems there are too many skills on the bar that are there simply to make one other skill work properly

work properly?
1. Heal party isn't mean to be spammed on recharge ffs, it's not a "proper" way to use it.
2. Infinite energy at the cost of your elite and 2 other skills is pretty good imho, especiallly if you get 4 pips anyway ...
3. Learn to play

oh noes... thanks for the flame man! I really appreciate being called an idiot, especially when I simply did as you asked and gave you my thoughts. Or did you just want everyone to agree with you?
You have 3 skills there just for energy... let's face it, keystone signet is a worthless elite, and waste of a skill slot even if it wasnt elite.

Keystone signet bonder is the only logical use of the skill, as far as I'm concerned.
Long live keystone bonders!

way to be a complete butthole.
If you don't want people to comment, then you should write your build on a piece of paper, tape it to your bedroom's wall, and just go "yeah, way to go, me" when you walk past it.
retard.

Elementalists and ritualists can spam heal party with only 1 other skill, which isn't in inspiration. Happy.
and yeah

There is a Me/D RA healer build by arrendondo around here somewhere. I wish I could find it for you, because it is brilliant and everything this ought to be. Also there was a signet nuker build on guildwiki which was silly but cool, and I can't find it either. It used Keystone signet and mantra of signets to spam 5 other signets 3 times consecutively.
Now that we've established that spamming heal party this way is awkward and a waste of time, what should you be doing instead with Keystone Signet? You have a huge amount of wasted potential. You can spam any signet you want and you have lots of energy. Look at some of the signets you have available, and some of the high-cost skills that mesmers rarely use....I don't know what the perfect build is, but any good build that you use Keystone signet in has to be brilliant and original, nothing as pedestrian as spamming Heal Party. (Bonding is pretty lame, too.)
Maybe you can work on that in the near future...

I'm not saying ZOMG THE NEXT IMBA CRAP11111111!!!!!!!!one. But it looks good on paper, you dont really need mantra of inscriptions, and on 10 inspiration the energy gain is still almost twice of that from mantra of recall, on demand, without any initial investment with 20 second recharge.
It's an OPTION. Option for heavy energy task, and I'm just wondering what can it be used for. I don't know, maybe domination mesmer with deep freeze sig of weariness? Help me out.
Also, If any of you don't like my attitude towards people that write posts like: "This sucks coz it does not let me kill my pve mobs in one shot, you fail", well, just suck the sweat from my crack. I asked for input, not feedback.
EDIT: I just realized that its not worth with lower inspiration since of the keystone blackout ... sorry for not including that in original post

A build consists of 8 skills. This is more like the stub of a build. Why not actually post a build rather than a simple concept.
I really am wondering why you even posted this.

BTW: Mesmer is a class directed at manipulation and using your enemy reactions to acomplish your team goals and this is the mesmer forums

It also makes everyone less likely to even consider your build, and mainly pay attention to how rude you're being towards people for no good reason.
On the cute "rpg" note: If you're playing D&D with friends and you steal money from someone's wallet while they're looking away, it's not "ok because you're a Thief". It's just being a complete a-hole. Don't try to rationalize it, just apologize.
